Purpose

Clarify aspects of the requirements that only become apparent when the Scrum Team has started working on them with the Product Owner.

Main Description

In most cases, details of the requirements will only become apparent when the implementation has started. The Scrum Team can and should therefore engage the Product Owner whenever clarifications are needed or when issues need to be discussed. Likewise, the impact of the implementation of a requirement on features that have already been developed can be discussed with the Product Owner. This ensures that conflicts, misunderstandings, and mistakes are cleared up early and waste is thus avoided as far as possible.
